We rented this unit and one other for my son's college graduation from UT. We have stayed in Austin too many times to count over his 4 years but always in Capital district. This however was a great location! We loved everything about it and will absolutely choose to stay here in again. This unit was for my sister, niece and mom and they loved it as well.

We had a group of girls staying in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath space for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us, very walkable to Rainey and Congress and $10-15 Uber ride to downtown or East Austin. We loved the amount of space available for our group of 4 and would definitely recommend this property.

Location was great. Located at Lady Bird Lake with nice trails and easy access to downtown yet away from any noise from nearby bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was enjoyed by kids. There is construction going on but only heard noise on the last day. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nespresso coffee was provided for the first few days. There is also a Cuvee shop on the bottom level with breakfast items, coffee, juices, beer and wine. Only minor cons we experienced: main bathroom exhaust fan couldn't pull enough moisture out during showers leaving the bathroom floor wet for some time after showering. Only one towel bar in the main bathroom which is not adjacent to the shower. Powder bath didn't have any towels or a hook or bar for a towel.

The building was in excellent condition and its location was great (close enough to the city center yet away from much of the noise). The Rainey St district was walk-able from here and proximity to university events was fantastic. The individual property was well appointed and maintained and we would absolutely stay here again.
