I'm pretty sure this might be the best unit in the whole building as far as views go! We couldn't get enough of the view from the living room and balcony, both at night and during the day. The full kitchen is great - there is even an ice maker in the freezer that produced a lot of ice. The pool area is also fabulous and stayed pretty much kid-free (although it did get pretty crowded around the late afternoon), and the fact there is a coffee shop/cocktail bar right downstairs is a definite plus. With the property being located on the 27th floor, I read reviews that there were long wait times for the elevators and was a little worried, but we didn't experience that at all during our stay. The property is within walking distance of a lot of fun things on Rainey Street, but also convenient for ride share pick-ups. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The views are amazing, the location is great, being in an air bob but having the amenities of a hotel were great. The pool is nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Convenient location near the Rainey Street district in Austin. The condo is clean and we had beautiful views of the river and the city. The condo location felt safe and we enjoyed the amenities that were provided. We would stay here again and recommend this condo to our friends and family who might be traveling in the area.
