Room size is great. Location is good. Windows and especially the clear plastic plastic enclosure around the deck was very very dirty.

The property is very nice, we loved staying here. Location is super convenient. But compared to other airbnb's we stay in, often at far lower cost, this condo is poorly stocked. No common spices, no foil or wrap, no tupperware, very few dishes or silverware, no baking pans. A "starter pack" or detergent for dishwasher and laundry, only 2-3 rolls of TP for 2 week stay. I think they could spend $3 per night of the rental fee to stock it properly, and make it convenient to live there. Prepare to buy an entire container of salt if you need 2 shakes, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Natiivo. The location is wonderful with several restaurants close by and a great little market literally around the block. The condo is well stocked for cooking in and is a nice place to spend time. The bed was very comfortable comfortable and had nice bedding. However, the noise from I-35 is pretty much non-stop 24/7 so plan on using white noise or ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep. The bedroom also does not get very dark at night so bring an eye mask if you prefer a very dark room when you sleep. The coffee shop/bar in the lobby is a greet amenity, and we found the valet service and staff to be excellent. It is a little pricey but it was nice knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure, and the staff was very quick getting the car out every time (they even opened and closed the car doors for us each time which was nice throwback to considerate times). We will definitely stay at Natiivo again during our next visit.

I had a HUGE corner unit with balcony and amazing views to watch the sunrise & sunset over a stunning Austin. Our work group spent an evening on the Rooftop at sunset which was absolutely class, the rooftop has lots of hang-out furniture, fire pits and a pool which I unfortunately did not avail of. Fantastic location, great staff, super coffee shop in the lobby, my only complaint was that I could not stay longer!
