The view was amazing! The distance between activities, stores, and the airport was perfect! Beds were comfortable and the entire home was an inviting place to be. We would definitely come back and recommend Natiivo to anyone!

My son, who lives in Austin, commented upon visiting our balcony, "This really is the BEST view in Austin." The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a concierge on duty in the building; they were very helpful with our random questions. We loved the rooftop pool and lounge areas, plus the proximity to the trail along the river. We'll stay here for every future Austin visit, if possible.

Really an amazing condo all-around. The location is right off Rainey, ton of restaurants/bars nearby. Building is super-cool, coffee shop on first floor, rooftop pool. The unit itself is huge, looks exactly like the photos and the view has to be one of the best in Austin!

We just stayer for 8 days at Unit 2301 at Natiivo. I have nothing but positive things to say about the building and the view from the room was wonderful. I did have some complaints about the unit however: -There is aa beautiful large balcony, but only one old, beat up chair to sit on -You don't get NBC, CBS or ABC on the TV. Both the Super Bowl and the Olympics were on when we were there and we couldn't watch either one of them. -There is a nice big shower, but no grab bars. I am not too steady, and this wasn't safe. -There was a strange collection of glasses. One of one, two of another, three of another, They should go to Walmart and spend $25 and get some glasses. There were four of us in the room and there weren't enough glasses for us to have a drink. -The pillows on the bed were not comfortable for any us. -The coffee maker was cheap and didn't work well. -The dresser drawers don't slide open, so we didn't use them. I would suggest that the owner stay in the room for a weekend, and I think they would see what I mean.

The view, amenities, etc. were incredible. Check-in was super smooth. My only struggle is getting my final receipt. I can't figure out who to ask or, frankly, why it wasn't just automatically sent at check-out. As a business traveler, I'd use this every time over a hotel if it weren't for the pain of getting my final receipt.
