The kitchen awaits your group meals, with gleaming stainless appliances, plenty of counter space, and custom cabinets fully stocked with cookware and dishes for your group.

Each of the home's 3 bedrooms has sliding-door access to the incredible deck and big views of Hill Country. Options include a king-size master suite with attached bath, a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen-size 3rd bedroom.

The deck will fast become your favorite spot at this rental – maybe in the entire Austin area! All of Hill Country stretches before you from up here, and the view only gets better as the day goes on.

Please note: The laundry room is shared with a long-term tenant, who lives on-site in the home attached via the laundry room only.

This is a quiet neighborhood and very noise sensitive. Quiet hours are between 9:30pm and 7am. No events or parties are allowed on-site. You will be reported if the noise levels are too loud or there is a party taking place.
