Spacious home. Very comfortable.

The home was great with plenty of room, comfortable furniture and beds! Great location. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The only negative was the dirty/stained outdoor furniture cushions. I’m not particularly fussy but I had to cover them with a towel before sitting on them. I recommend replacing these. That being said, I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

The house was fine for our needs: good location, quiet neighborhood, spacious layout, good-sized kitchen and nice bathrooms. It was good value. The house felt a little tired to us. The annoying thing was that we selected it partly for the nice pool. Unfortunately, we needed to let them know three days in advance that we would want to use it so they could warm it up. The length of our stay was three days so it was unusable for us. This three-day requirement was not explained anywhere on the listing.

This property is conveniently located for accessing downtown Austin - most areas we visited were only a 10-15 min drive. The house was nicely appointed in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was great! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Austin!

My family really enjoyed our time at the house. There were plenty of towels, bedding and basic kitchen amenities. Pool and backyard were lovely. We were able to connect to the speakers in the backyard after locating the right plug. We were also able to use the projector after realizing the power strip needed to be turned on. Everything was in working order and we will hopefully be back soon.

We enjoyed the house, the pool, the seating and lights by the pool were comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the weight room and the sauna was really nice after your swim. The beds were comfortable. I slept great. Although we weren’t there to cook, the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you can imagine. My grandchildren and I enjoyed our few days here.
