Charming Austin House

We came to house hunt before my son starts at UT as a grad student, and had a lovely stay at this house. Great location--convenient to campus and to fun restaurants. The house is clean, and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but then again I like to sleep on something rock-like. We had a minor plumbing problem (a clogged toilet), and they sent someone to fix it in half an hour. Great service.

The home was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location for us, close to family , neighbor great & safe, quiet. Perfectly clean comfortable beds and furnishings. We will be staying here each trip to Austin.

It is close to north UT campus. It is comfortable. It is clean. I slept like a baby.

Modern design and new, up-to-date furnishings

The house was clean and cute, no issues there. There was nothing in the house for cooking (oils etc.), had to buy coffee and cooking basics. I like to have the basics when I get a rental house, that’s value over getting a hotel. Then we had issues with the water heater and hot water. It got resolved eventually but was not super pleasant.

This is a rare stand alone house-- non shared walls-- nist a few blocks from UT. The street was super quiet. We walked north to Curras and Hyde Park Grille, and just 2 blocks south there are great breakfast taco and coffee options. TV and internet were both good, and the Vacasa management was well done.
