Spacious, clean and well appointed. We were attending the state track meet so the location was perfect. It provided a place my granddaughter and one of her teammates to cool off and rest before they ran in the evening. Loved the views both day and night.

The location of the building was close to restaurants and bars. There was food, coffee, and a bar in the lobby. Others have complained of noise but there was nothing out of the ordinary for a high rise in a downtown area.

Enjoy the river view, though not direct view, and proximity to everything

The condo was… fine. If your idea of comfort is a staged model home where everything looks great but nothing is actually meant to be used, you’ll feel right at home. Style over substance is definitely the theme here. The listing proudly mentioned both a “lake and river view.” Technically true—if you’re willing to press your face against the window and lean out far enough to ignore the parking lot and freeway directly in front of you. If you enjoy sleeping in peace and quiet, this is probably not your spot. Between steady traffic noise, trucks slamming over steel road plates, and the occasional siren symphony, you’ll get the full urban soundtrack all night long. Customer service is a bit of a scavenger hunt. The onsite staff are quick to let you know they can’t help because everything is “independently managed,” which sends you to a call center… who then sends you to a local management company. It’s like a fun little loop with no real answers at the end. We paid for a late checkout (treat yourself, right?), but apparently that memo never made it to housekeeping. They made sure we didn’t get too comfortable by repeatedly knocking and loudly announcing themselves until we took the hint and left. Location-wise, it works great if your main goal is the river trail. For pretty much anything else, plan on grabbing a ride—unless you’re in the mood for what I’d call a “motivational urban hike.” Also worth noting: don’t expect hotel-style perks. No regular cleaning, no fresh towels magically appearing, and definitely no little extras. Pro tip—bring your own Kleenex. You’ll need it, if not for allergies then for wiping away the tears of unmet expectations.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, location was great. Access to riverside trail was super convenient.

This 1-bedroom apartment is on a high floor with great views. Staff is excellent, and amenities can't be beat.
