This apartment is my go-to when I come to Austin. The location is perfect - very convenient to MOPAC, I-35, downtown, the university, the Shoal Creek greenbelt and Ramsey Park. The apartment is clean and comfortable, has a giant TV and a desk, and a washer/dryer. It is located on a quiet street and has a dedicated parking space. I often walk to one of the nearby restaurants.
