Great location/accessibility

This was the perfect downtown location for our long weekend stay for three people. The view was exceptional! We especially liked viewing the sunset and watching activity on the lake and walking path. We took a walk by the lake, walked to the market close by and IHOP and used Uber for other outings. Everything was close by.

The condo is well equipped with everything you need. I like having a washer & dryer, specially after traveling for a whole week. My favorite part is definitely the views from the balcony and master bedroom. The location of the condo is prime. I would love to stay in this condo anytime I’m visiting Austin.

This property was exactly as it was pictured. Very walkable. Close to Rainey. Communication prior to check-in was quick, friendly, and information needed, was given. We had a great stay!!!!

Great staff, Great property. You’ll feel like you’re at a hotel with the support staff, but getting a condo for the same price. Would recommend!

The unit is nice; it reminds me of a small bachelor pad. The cleaners could be more thorough, I pulled the sheets and they were covered in hair strands. The mattress itself had hair strands and crumbs. The floors were not cleaned, they were dusty, had minor debris and covered in hair strands. The unit has a nice lake view on the balcony and from the master window. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The unit was clean overall, except for the things I mentioned. Staff was responsive and helped solve my problems.
