Overall nice home base for a few days in Austin. The location is right around the corner from Rainey St and walkable to many downtown sites. Bed and bedding were comfy. Nice view on the 32nd floor; combination lake and interstate view. Definite street noise, but it is a big city and a white noise app in my phone did the trick.

Make sure you know about the 10:00 am checkout! We did request a one hour extension but it was denied. It took the Vacasa rep an hour to get back to us to tell us we couldn’t extend for the hour. Mattress in bedroom was very thin and uncomfortable and the pull-out couch was awful! The springs were thicker than the mattress! Loved that they asked us to strip the beds and run the dishwasher, too! Really?! Maybe if we had an 11:00 or 12:00 checkout! Nice location. Clean. A few other issues.

Great location - two block walk to Rainy St bars and restaurants, one block to a nice trail around Lady Bird Lake. Great balcony with awesome views. Rooftop pool area was nice but too chilly for us to enjoy - would be fun to enjoy when warmer.
