Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location! Loved the boozy coffee shop/coffee shop/ light bar downstairs too. Super comfy bed. I’ll definitely book again next time we are in Austin!

We have family that lives in the building next door and overall it was perfect for our needs. Loved the park and access to the water and Rainey street is a short walk as well. Major bonus was a great coffee shop in the lobby.

I’m in ATX 2-3 times each month. I’ve been staying at Natiivo for the past 5 months and plan to continue to stay at Natiivo. I’m purposefully selecting different units so I can settle on the ones I’ll book consistently. This is one of my favorites. I’m already booked here for my next visit. I like that there are 2 sinks in the bathroom and a laundry basket in the closet. And that the closet is open and off the bathroom instead of closed inside the bedroom.
