Even though the houses were fairly new, construction was not great. Here are the problems we encountered…. The ac would default to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. Several doors did not latch and the dishwasher was not screwed in. In one bathroom upstairs the tile looked like it was falling off the wall and the toilet seat was missing a screw. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the grass needed to mowed. Also, no coffee was provided. They did have salt and pepper.

We had both A and B for a mini family reunion of 12 70 year olds. All the bedrooms are upstairs - so make sure you pack light luggage. Otherwise the houses were perfect for us. The location is off a busy street so it is a bit loud outside but very quiet inside.

Very nice clean home with ample room for two or more families. We were in Austin for a wedding with another family. Both families had children under 2 years old. The two households worked out great.

We rented both sides for a family wedding near by. It was plenty spacious and extremely clean. Had all the amenities. Was conveniently located to airport , downtown and nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again
