We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house is nice and our family enjoyed our stay. The washer was out of order and the lawn needed to be mowed but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a positive experience and would recommend it for a weekend.

Property wasn’t pretty to look at, no grass for the dog, and it’s in a sub that has a lot of roads & entrances & exits, so every time in and out needed GPS, but inside was very clean & a nice stay for 4 days.

My daughter, small dog and I were trying to escape a volatile situation at home. Our attempt became somehow an even worse nightmare. The first house we rented, the WiFi didn’t work. Not a deal breaker. But then I realized the A/C wasn’t working. The house had gone up to 82 degrees (and it was high 99’s outside). After about five hours we were finally told it’s not going to be fixed….they gave a new home (the home this review is asking me to review) Second house…When I arrived every bed was dirty/unmade. Piles of towels on the floor. Trash in the bathrooms. Trash bags in the kitchen. Dirty dishes by the sink. I was told to find clean sheets and get over it by a rep at Vacasa. I have been promised a complete refund (and quite honestly I think an extra credit is more than overdue). It has been seven days though....and absolutely nothing.
