Natiivo Austin Harmony

New, fantastic view, modern appliances, comfortable, walk to Rainey Street. Only drawback was the pool. Way too small and most of it is a wading pool that’s only 4 inches deep, so it’s impossible to do any real swimming.

I have stayed at multiple units at this property multiple times over the last few years. The buildings location is unbeatable, but this particular unit needed some TLC. The water pressure was slim to none, the kitchen faucet was leaking, and the internet went down all day long every day so working and streaming was impossible just to name a few things. I had to leave many days early and I rescheduled out to the host and they were not able to refund me the days I didn’t use. I get it, I didn’t purchase travel insurance, I GET IT…but still. I work in property management and it about the people and doing the right thing.

Pros: Overall a great stay — breathtaking view, modern design, clean and bright environment, and good soundproofing despite being close to the highway. Cons: The AC required a passcode to adjust the temperature, and it was a bit frustrating to have to call customer service past midnight to figure it out (they were very responsive tho). It would have been better to know about this in advance. Also, the bathroom only has a half glass door, which made it cold while showering. There was one time when the hot water ran low, which made it even more challenging.

The space was great. No complaints at all. The views from the 28th floor were great. Pool and common areas were also really nice. The location was also excellent. Short walk to plenty of restaurants and bars and 6th street is only a 7-10 min Uber.

This is my favorite unit. I plan to book it every single time I come to Austin. It’s practical and charming, well-decorated, and clean. I LOVE that it has a full length mirror, wall hooks everywhere, a kitchen high table, and art on the walls.

If you are looking to stay near Austin downtown with a great view. This is the place you are looking for. It’s an upscale apartment complex with a great rooftop and a lot more.
