This picturesque split-level home has enough space for your entire group; everyone will be able to spread out comfortably. Inside, you can find a cozy and inviting living area, which is the perfect place to gather with your friends for a fun-filled movie night. The fireplace adds comfort to the equation. A pull-out sofa bed is also available in the living area. There is another small lounge area equipped with comfortable and colorful furnishing, a piano, a guitar, and even two bookcases. Near the main living area, you can also find a classic Galaga arcade cabinet! The kitchen is spacious and features everything you need and more to whip up memorable full-course meals for the entire group. Two sets of French doors open it up to a large patio overlooking the backyard featuring a private pool and hot tub. This away-from-it-all getaway is located on a sprawling five-and-a-half acres, with plenty of lush space where your lovely dog can freely run around and exercise.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note that because the pool is serviced Mondays at 3 pm, it is unusable from 3 pm until 11 pm on Mondays. This schedule cannot be changed.

This property is not close to public transportation, and ride shares generally take about 20-30 minutes to arrive after requested.

The owner is a music producer and has a recording studio on the property next door to the house. He may be present at times when working on an album with artists. However, the studio is very well soundproofed and his presence will always be non-intrusive and respectful of guests. The studio has separate parking and a separate gate entrance that stays open for studio users. If you would like to close this gate, for your pets to roam, you are welcome to. The rest of the property is exclusively for your use.

Love the house and the property, the pool, etc. it’s very calm and peaceful. Great neighborhood just not fenced not dog friendly. My dog got out and killed the chickens next-door and I had to keep the dog in the whole time because Vacasa never moved me or help me fix the fence.

We stayed at the Bear Creek Modern home for several days for our daughter's wedding. The house accommodated our guests with ease and comfort. We appreciated the large kitchen and open dining/living room area. Our most favorite space was the large deck that overlooks the pool/hot tub area and provides views of the homes in the hills. The pool was not heated but our younger guests were not deterred. We older folks enjoyed the hot tub. In the morning/evenings, we enjoyed watching deer in the yard. While we absolutely loved the home, there were a few hiccups. The pool deck was very dirty, the gas grill ran out of propane before our food was cooked and the hot tub stopped heating. We contacted the Vacasa team to let them know and they quickly responded to our concerns but the problems did not get resolved. Vacasa told us they would contact their team in our area and someone would contact us to fix the problems but we did not hear from anyone. We ABSOLUTELY will stay at the Bear Creek Modern home again because coffee on the porch far outweighs the inconveniences we experienced.

I spent the weekend here celebrating a bachelor party! The location was excellent, close enough to Circle C to get dinner, and secluded enough that you felt like you were out in the country. The house was beautiful and immaculately clean, the beds comfy, and the pool and hot tub perfect! I highly recommend it.

House was very good for a family fun atmosphere and relaxing. Only left for groceries and was able to enjoy a weeks stay. Very nice.

We booked this for my husband’s 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with friends. It had a great patio for chatting and kitchen/ dining room for games. The hot tub was spacious and heated up quickly. The pool was beautiful! It may be my favorite pool of any place I have stayed. Large shallow end for infants and toddlers with an even larger deep end for bigger kids and adults. We felt like we were in the middle of the country even though the location was so convenient to restaurants, HEB, and Austin in general. We will definitely be staying here again and have already had people reach out to us for the listing information!
