Excellent venue and horrible parking. Write the description better to include the parking $40 a night. Elevators are horrible - so long and don't be in a hurry. We talked to the Elevator man and he said they had to slow them down due to unruly Young folks there. Worst Elevators ever!

We loved the views of this condo and it's convenient location near the music venues in the Rainey district and the 6th Street area. We also enjoyed having a coffee shop/bar in the lobby. We would recommen this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the nightlife and the walk around the lake nearby.

The condo was in a great location, a short walk from Rainey St. but they need to tech overhaul. The tv needed to be reset daily, which we had to figure out how to do as there was no home manual. The thermostat blows the fan 100% if the time, even when the set temperature was met. That made it freezing at night. Would I go back to the Natiivo building? Yes, but probaly not this unit.

This rental was excellent. The views from the balcony were incredible and the condo is walkable to many great restaurants and bars. The downstairs staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

It started with parking, there were no valet attendants so I had to park in a sketchy block that charged $50 for 4 hours. The worst part is the beds, they are extremely uncomfortable. Me and my family woke up with sore backs from the bed so we had to sleep on the ground. There were so many kids running around in the pool area it was hard to relax. The walls of the room are thin so you can hear everything which is not great. The noise from the street was extremely loud so it was hard to sleep at night. Natiivo used to be my go to destination but I’m not sure what caused such a downfall. I hope they get to change the entire experience for the future.
