Valley Isle Resort 309

Could use some updates. The dryer was broken during our stay which wasn’t known until checkin. The back slider also does not lock. It’s on the 3rd floor, but I still would have liked a lockable door

Excellent view from the room. I have never seen room so close to sea! Room was nice and so clean. Owner has kept all things those you need in your beach vacation. Towels, beach towels, surf board, beach chairs. We cooked and found all cooking utensils. Had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend.

The location is great right on the ocean. You can hear the breeze from bed. Corrosion took most of the beach and sandbags added to stop it along the shore. When we arrived the code we were given was not working and no one there to help with all our stuff on the hallway which was dark because light is out. Had to call to get a new code which was a little inconvenience but we got in. The dryer had a note saying it is out of service. Would be nice to give us a heads up so we packed accordingly. A few light were out as well in the unit. Was met with a geico running around the living room. We lost power at some point too. At check out time we asked for late checkout and they could not accommodate and had to rush out out there at 6am.

This place had everything we needed masks/snorkels, laundry, pool, updated kitchen (including a blender for those fruity coco-nutty rummy drinks!), the sound of the waves all doggone day and night :), and turtle watching! Visited one of those high end resorts for a luau, but it was constant noise and none of it was ocean sounds. We'll be back to Valley Isle Resorts!

The view is amazing! It is located in a very nice not to busy location and has all the amenities you need for a fun time in Maui.
