Yvette Carlin and her entire team really took exceptional care of us during our stay at Kohola Hale from start to finish - from accessing the home, presenting a beautiful welcoming gift, promptly and efficiently take care of any issues, to organizing midst cleaning so a seamless check out. We cannot say enough wonderful things about them and the rental. The home was beautiful, well equipped, clean, uncluttered, very well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The owner made sure that we lacked for nothing. We definitely plan to book for next year and will highly recommend to all our friends and family! Thanks again!

This was an amazing home to be able to stay in. The property itself is a little piece of paradise, you don't have to go too far to find all the beauty. We were able to stay for two wonderful weeks. Having a kitchen at the house that had everything we needed to cook was a game-changer. The grill got a good workout. The pool was very refreshing to be able to float around in. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to wake up in the morning. The location of the home is great for easy access to all the North Shore attractions. We fell in love with Hanalei, and all the shops. The Coffee House, Hanalei Bread Company, has the best breakfast! We hung out at the Hanalei Bay Pier beach since there was a great sandbar to walk out on. The local person, Brittaney, checked in with us halfway through our stay to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. Great customer service! We are already looking at a return trip in the Fall to stay here again!

This home has a well-stocked kitchen and a large pool. There are no window coverings so if you want to sleep in, forget it. Plants around pool drop leaves in daily, you will need to clean it before every use. Local manager never responded to me during my stay.

I cannot express how much I absolutely loved staying at this house and this property. You can tell that the owner and property management company has guests in mind and want to take care of their needs. We know that we were one of the first guests that stayed here so we had a little bit of feedback on some things that were needed in the kitchen and Brittany the local person showed up with them the next day! Everybody was super friendly from the person who came to move the trash cans to the pool guy. The home itself was outstanding! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The property was well maintained. We loved that the neighbor dog, Koa, would pop over to say hello. He is very friendly, but very skittish just to let any future guests know to give him time to warm up. We also had some chicken and rooster friends that showed up for coffee time in the morning and then of course the geckos were all over greeting us. Our favorite time was sunset, sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee, listening to the cricket. We can’t wait to come back.
