The bed and bathroom were very comfortable. The room was very clean. I just have minor quibbles. There was no weather stripping at the entrance door. This allowed the outside air to pass into the room easily, and reduced the effectiveness of the air conditioner. Had it been hotter out, we would have been uncomfortable. The pool was nice but the bar was much smaller than the bar next door. The bar next door had decent food.

This unit is as described being just steps away from the beach and its direct beach/ocean view from its lanai. We enjoyed the sunrises every day. we were there, either from the lanai or from the walking path, also just steps away. We also very much liked the location of the complex because it is right next to the Lava Lava restaurant (just a few steps away also) and it is next to the Coconut Marketplace (3-minute walk) with all its shops and general store that also has a deli with cold and hot foods. The host mgmt. company (Vacasa) had very good communication with us. We will stay at this unit again if it is available at the time we make our next trip to beautiful Kauai.

We LOVED our stay in Kauai and on this property. We are first timers to the island and truly believe we were positioned perfectly to go and do anything anywhere on the island. It’s about 30 min north to Hanalei and about 30 min south to Poipu. The view from our patio for breakfast each morning was unreal. Just steps to the beach and amazing ocean views. We rented a car but at this property you really don’t have to because you are walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, an ABC store and drug store. The icing on the cake was when I reached out about getting a late check out because our flight didn’t leave until late and they went far and above in granting us this luxury!(also no one was checking in right after us ☺️)We hope to stay in this same property again one day and will be telling our friends all about it!
