The Palm House at Princeville

Overall the home was in a great location, the kitchen was well stocked for our 5 nights and they fixed the oven door within a day after we reported it broken. The garage also had a good stock of beach chairs and boards etc. This would have been a perfect stay if they weren’t so strict on paper products. We were allocated just over 1 small roll of toilet paper per guest for a 5 night stay and per rules they do not restock. It’s not a big deal because we just purchased our own down the street at Foodland, however it’s small inconveniences like this and the fact that they barely provided enough, left a lingering bad impression on an overall good stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 11 (and two babies) and was fully stocked with everything you need for the beach and for kids! It’s well-insulated and clean, and in the perfect location on the north shore.

Clean and beautiful home!

This house is amazing! The layout and decor create a feeling of peace and tranquility. The beds and bedding are all comfortable. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, towels, snorkeling gear, towels, and beach toys for the kids. There is seating outdoors in the back, sides, and front. Our kids had a blast just exploring in the yard. They have a highchair, 2 pack-n-plays, and kid plates, etc. The location is in a great neighborhood where you can walk to the restaurants in Princeville. There are paths for bike riding and walking and close to any beach you want to jump in the car to. We were a group of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is centered in the main room and had everything we needed as well as a nice bbq. They provided some foil, spices, baggies and plenty of soap for dishes and the washing machine. The most impressive thing is how clean/maintained, and updated everything was. It was like being in my own house. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

House layout worked well for our family of eleven. Short walk to two good restaurants that were part of the Princeville resort community. Happy Talk Lounge and a Pizza restaurant. Both with great views and good food. Short walk (0.5 miles) to Kenomene Ocean Sunset Overlook. The town of Hanalei was a short 15 minute drive. Lots of food trucks and an outstanding beach suitable for families. Anini Beach Park only fifteen minutes away too. Home is really nice resort community. Landscaping was as expected. Only thing missing was a pool. I would rent again if I was in that area.
