This place is absolutely perfect! The ocean view is incredible—there’s nothing better than relaxing outside and taking it all in. Patio happy hours and sunsets are a must! The condo has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen and BBQ setup to beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella—he’s really thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

We were looking forward to this vacation and this condo for months and it exceeded expectations! Where do I start? The view from the balcony was A+. Just ocean breezes, gentle waves, blue skies and pink sunsets. And sitting with my sweetheart to take it all in. We had everything we needed in this unit to make a great trip. We used the beach chairs, the pool noodles, and the full kitchen. Nice touches with the welcome coffee and other fun things! The location and parking made life easy for a relaxing spring getaway.

Beautiful ocean view

This unit is on the second floor overlooking the ocean, maybe 50 yards to the sea wall!! You hear the waves crashing all day, and can spot sea turtles on the rocks at the base of wall! It's a quite little resort, which I appreciated. No beach access here, but close by. No A/C, but it's not needed because the ocean breeze blows right thru the unit if you open windows in bedroom and patio slider (there are also 2 ceiling fans). Beds and furniture were quite comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. I would stay here again...maybe longer next time.

This was not our original choice as we had to make a switch after our booking and travel arrangements were made. However, it is very good place to spend time near the ocean front and hear the breaking waves as you drift off to sleep. The apartment is small but very well appointed with comfortable furniture and with all needed appliances in good shape and working order with lots of the necessary supplies, and a very nice balcony. The unit could use more closet space and clothes hanging hooks. There is no air conditioning, but the trade winds and ceiling fans compensate for that. The outside property itself is well kept with a decent size pool and large yard with gazebos and chairs to relax at the ocean edge, although direct access to the water is not recommended. Parking was never an issue with the location right behind the condo structure. The unit is ideally sized for two people, but might be a little constrained for four persons (unless for small children). In terms of privacy, the layout is ideal for a family with children as the main bed is separated from the living room by a curtained French door and is not in a separate room.

We have stayed in this complex many times in different rooms. The location and views are really nice. #208 has a wonderful view from the lanai. The kitchen is dated but really has all you need. I would suggest some placemats for the glass table. The outdoor table is not useable because of the rubberized top that is melting and sticky from sun exposure. It could be just a temporary table but not sure. We did enjoy the two outdoor chairs with foot stools. The bed is too soft and the bed frame squeaks with any movement. We would not consider this apartment again for a two week stay unless the bed is replaced. Other than that it is really a nice condo.
