The apartment is cluttered (e.g. the only available closet was half full of random items) and *very* loud. The bed is uncomfortable and the balcony is not as described. Specifically, the balcony is supposed to have a view of the ocean. Yes, you can see the ocean if you stand on the balcony and turn your head. But the actual view as you sit there is of the lawn/parking lot. The balcony is also feet away from Kauai's busiest road, so it's always extremely loud and quite unpleasant. The air conditioners at the apartment are also exceedingly noisy, making it hard to sleep. Service during your stay is non existent, e.g. if you run out of toilet paper you're on your own. Adding insult to injury, checkout is at 10am, but you're invited to pay extra for checking out at a more civilized hour. I do not recommend this place.

We loved the location of the condo, since it was so close to shopping, the beach and Long's. Highly recommend walking down to the beach. We did that much later in our visit and I regret not visiting more. The condo was beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is located in a great location for a vacation on Kauai! It also comes with many amenities including beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest to take on outings, an insulated "beach bag", and many others. The condo is a great place to stay during a vacation on Kauai as it's "centrally" located and is stocked with many amenities for various activities that most people do while vacationing on Kauai!! Highly recommended!!!

Location is great in the East side. The condo was super clean and the bed was really comfy. There were even cookies that were left for us. Kitchen is a nice. Not on the beach, but really close - just a couple of minutes walking. You can’t swim in that beach, but great for walking at sunset and wading your feet. Condo is in a great central location - can get to the south or north within 30 minutes. Overall a great stay and a good price.

This condo was just steps from the beach. It was also close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. The condo had beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. From the balcony you could see both the ocean and the mountains. Kapa'a was a great location as it was easy to get to both the north and south of the island. It was a great clean and comfortable condo. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.
