Please be advised that the Regency AOAO will be undertaking a major project to replaster and beautify the two swimming pools on the property. During construction, there will be periods of significant noise as the contractor performs saw cutting, demolition, removal of existing plaster, and replacement of accent tiles. Please make note of the project schedule below. The timeframes include both the construction work and the manufacturer-recommended curing period for the new plaster. To minimize the impact on residents and guests, only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain open throughout the project. October 4 – October 23: Pool 2 (behind Regency Building 7) will be closed. October 25 – November 20: Pool 1 (located in the center of the complex) will be closed. (*Weather Permitting) only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain open throughout the project. As with all outdoor construction projects, the schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the contractor or Poipu Kai Association.
