Beautiful views to begin and end your day 😊

Great oceanfront location. Updated interior. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. Why the low rating? The condo had several problems. I had a phone conversation and sent several text messages with photos(as requested) to the management company. No maintenance workers came to condo to do repairs in 5 days. No follow up from staff. -Front metal door doesn’t have a key to lock from outside -Kitchen light over microwave is out -Screen door to Lanai is off track -Master bedroom mirrored closet closer to wall is off track Maybe repairs will be completed before next guests.

The view and the location.

The view is so close to the water you feel like you're on a cruise ship. Not really set up for small children due to the sea wall, but for adults, it's amazing! You can see turtles coming up for a breath every day all day, and during whale season, you can see them from the room.

Right off the bat, the condo was very well appointed and very clean. The view was nothing like I've ever seen. It was easily the best part of the trip. Everything you could need to make your own meals was provided. We did not notice the lack of AC at all since the sea breeze was so pleasant.
