This is a gorgeous place to stay. The pool is wonderful and the view can’t be beat.

This unit was a bit run down in some spots but I really liked the location and there was a lot of space. Beds and pillows were very comfy and the view was great. The pool was heated, which was a really big plus, but it was also on the small side and got a bit crowded. There is no shallow end so not the best for families with younger children. Our unit was on the top floor and we never heard noise from other guests in their units, which was incredible. It was windy up there but an amazing view. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms so it got very muggy when we had to close the windows on super windy nights. It might be pretty uncomfortable in hotter weather. The garbage disposal leaked badly, so we could not use the right sink or the dishwasher. We reported it to Vacasa desk someone came by to take a look, saying it would be repaired, but no one came by over the next 5 days that we were there. There were no shades /covers on the master bathroom window, so the rooms directly across could see right into the toilet area and someone in the bedroom could see into the shower. Another problem was that the windows, screens, and doors did not latch fully or seal so they rattled and whistled VERY badly when it was windy, which made it difficult for us to sleep. It was hard to tell from photos but the bedroom with the King bed was not at all private. You could sort of separate it from the living room on one side with a series of sliding doors, but they just hung from the ceiling and swung back and forth, which meant you could still see in and it was pretty noisy. There is a door to the bedroom with the two twin beds but that is the only door and it means the people in the room with the King bed can't lock the door. This isn't a huge issue but it was pretty weird and might not work for some groups of guests so I wanted to point it out. It was really nice having a dedicated parking space, and ours was right by the elevator. The parking garage is pretty cramped and difficult to drive in, especially with our giant rental car. This resort is within walking distance of shops and a market. We really enjoyed the Hawaiian Village Coffee shop and got groceries and odds and ends at the market near the Shell station. Dollie's Pub across the street has surprisingly really good pizza and we had drinks there a couple of times, all of the employees were great. We also walked to Captain Jack's Island Grill at a nearby resort and both kids and grownups really liked the food. It is a quick drive or bus ride (there is a bus stop very close by!) to lots of other shops and restaurants in Lahaina. You cannot access the beach right at this resort but there are public beach access spots not far away; we liked Ka'anapali Beach. If it hadn't been so windy, which led to sleepless nights and muggy rooms, I think our stay would have been much more pleasant and I wouldn't have noticed some issues - but some would be very easy to fix!

These buildings are situated in such a way that the rooms have a great view, especially some more than others of course. Wide open and clean and light Interiors with just an awesome view was so fun. Loved hearing the ocean waves all night no need for air-conditioning. Wish the barbecue and pool was open longer.

I had a wonderful stay at Hololani B801. The condo was peaceful and quiet, and the soothing sound of the ocean made it incredibly relaxing. The space felt clean, inviting, and thoughtfully furnished with nice, comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and especially convenient, with a side-by-side refrigerator that had filtered water and chewable crushed ice — a small touch that made a big difference. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge plus, as it meant I didn’t have to pack as much for this trip. While I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, the pool looked great and the overall property felt very family-friendly. This unit would be a lovely choice whether you’re traveling solo or with family and looking for a calm, comfortable place to unwind by the ocean.

Beautiful condo convenience to Beach, Safeway & other places

The location was good and condo was nice but wasn’t ideal without an elevator being on the 8th floor.
