Overall nice property just needs attention to a few things

This is a very good location. Very convenient to everything needed.

Location of unit is in a great spot for BBQ and pool access. Comfortable bed.

The unit was clean. However it is desperately in need of upgrades and missing some essentials. Carpet is stained. Kitchen appliances especially the fridge are antiques. For safety a no. Slip bath mat and grab bars should be added to the tub. It is incredibly slippery. Also when stepping out of the tub there is no bath rug. So the floor is always wet and slippery - a disaster waiting to happen. Mattress is great as is the bedding. Curtains in bedroom are water stained and in need of update. We enjoyed being on the ground floor with patio walkout but the patio furniture is dirty, peeling and very old. Some attention to kitchen gear is also needed. No colander or any casserole type dish for the oven. We went to use the blender and it was very dirty and disgusting. We appreciated the beautiful grounds and pool and plenty of parking. The location and beach access are nice. The gates did not always open with the code and frankly seem unnecessary since the grounds are wide open at the main entrance.

This room was ok, everything inside seemed original. We did find the beds to be super comfy and the location was good

Only has 1 window AC unit in the living room, but the bedroom is on the far other end and got quite hot. Lots of busy body staff on this property pretending to work. No life guard at the pool but an attendant to enforce all the rules. Good for older people without kids. Close to beach and strip. Clean and well maintained property but security gate broken thus left open.
