The location to the beach and coconut marketplace was amazing. We watched every sunrise and sunset just a couple steps from our room and were able to walk over the the market shops so easily. It also has a nice walking trail along the ocean.

This studio in Kapaa was situated perfectly to enjoy the entire island with very little effort. Close to highways, restaurants, shopping centers, beaches, it was great!

First I loved the price, especially since it was only: steps from the ocean, steps from a delightful coffee shop (only uses alternative milks!), steps to a wonderful pool area with hot tub w/a delightful pool bar, steps to a small marketplace that had pretty much everything you might need, steps to restaurants and cafes. In addition, it is in the perfect spot: 45 minutes to north shore, 45 minutes to south shore, maybe only 10 minutes from the airport, minutes to a Safeway and/or Big Save market. AND YET...you feel so safe and private (single women) and RELAXED. OMG have visited Kauai 2 times before but would never stay anywhere but here if I return! We saved a lot of money eating in-there was even 2 small fridges which really helped. They had really nice beach chairs, loads of drawers to store all your stuff...I could go on but you get the picture!

Great location for visiting both ends of Kauai, lots of food choices in close proximity. The Pool is lovely as long as not a peak time. The cycle way along beach is a really nice thing to do. SUPER PLEASED PARKING TAG WAS INCLUDED. As parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Love to visit again .. Lovely

A four year old in our group tried to climb a tree and snapped a branch. This was addressed with the child but we were harassed the rest of our stay by what I would assume are some condo owners in the same resort. Every time we were outside they came around to remind us to keep our children in check. We paid $$$$ for four rooms here and didn’t appreciate the way these strangers are making and enforcing rules. I wouldn’t bring children under 12 here.
