The place is lovely! There is some traffic noise from the road, but wasn't too bad. They sprayed for bugs while we were there, but luckily was quick and not extensive. There were chairs and a boogie board for beach use, and we loved being able to cook since the kitchen had pots and pans and dishes to use as well. Communication with the host was nonexistent: multiple messages went unanswered. All in all, clean and lovely place as long as you dont need anything once there!

Apartment was close (7 min walk) to the beach and in central driving range to shopping/groceries. Well furnished, although very basic bedroom/loft design. Bathroom could use some improvement but it is clean. Be prepared for a street noise. Especially in the main bedroom, even if you close the windows the noise is still heard. You can get used to it though. Overall, convenient location and two sleeping areas for a family of four met our needs.

The apartment's location is very pleasant, just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach. The balcony is also very nice. The greetings is a cute welcome package.The apartment is somewhat older, which is noticeable in the bathroom. I recommend sleeping in the attic, as the mattress in the bedroom is sagging. If you plan to use the oven, be sure to bring baking paper, as there are no baking trays available.

This is a very nice little home. Good location, nice lanai, very functional kitchen. Only issue is the noise from the road. We knew about it going in and adjusted to it after the first night (we have road noise at home as well) but if you want to sleep in and like it quiet, this place is not for you.

Location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to both Poipu beach (for snorkeling) and Brennecke (for boogie boarding). The unit has beach chairs/boogie boards etc which we found very useful. Will definitely be returning.

Overall the property met our basic needs. It's spacious, has a nice outside balcony and is about a 10 min stroll down to the beach. The quality of the furnishings is very low budget, the bed has a cheap squeaky frame, the A/C barely cools the rooms, because it's on a main road having the windows open is noisy and not ideal. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment. The accommodation boasts access to the tennis court and pool however, they don't provide tennis rackets or instructions on how to access the pool or use the common facilities. Would have been really nice if they provided snorkels too. Overall it was fine nothing special.
