Maui Parkshore 110

Our family loved how well the place was kept and decorated. Although this place does not offer AC, they do provide extra fans to help cool you down. The beach items were great to have on hand for our children as well. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into this space and it’s beautiful. I would definitely rent this place again. Until next time!

Location is excellent. Very clean. Could use a bit more amenities. Such as paper towels, dish soap and maybe Kleenex.

The house was immaculately clean and the location can't be beat, right across the street from Kamaole III beach. We snorkelled several reefs in South Maui and the reef on the north side of Kamaole III was one of our favorites. I loved how easy checkout was. All they asked was to load and start the dishwasher. Also, scheduled check-in was 4:00 pm but we got a text as soon the condo was ready which was around 1 pm. That was really nice. The closets completely cleaned out which we really liked. Had an amazing time here.

This was a nice home with a perfect location across the street from kamaole 3. Rooms were a good sized, bathrooms were solid, kitchen was nice and well stocked with utensils. Vacasa was great at communicating and letting us know where the rinse off stations were (one only steps away) so we could make sure we didn't track sand into the house or pool. The patio table was nice for meals and you can see the ocean from that side of the patio. The garbage area blocks the view from the other side of the house/patio. I appreciated that it was easy to connect my PC to the tv with the HDMI cable I brought. There is a water purifier which we appreciated though it was very slow. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Parkshore Unit 110. The location is excellent—just steps from Kamaole Beach Park and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in South Kihei. The unit itself is quite spacious, with two bedrooms and a generously sized kitchen and living area, which made it very comfortable for our family. Being on the ground floor means the view is somewhat limited and partially obstructed, but the convenience of the location more than made up for it. We also loved being close to the pool, which was perfect for relaxing on days when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. Lisa, the property manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. When another car was mistakenly parked in our assigned spot, she resolved the issue quickly and with minimal inconvenience. Overall, we highly recommend this unit for families looking for a relaxed stay in Kihei with a convenient, walkable location. If you’re seeking a full resort-style experience, a traditional hotel may be a better fit—but for our needs, this was perfect.

I loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful beach park. The condo was clean and had all the supplies and amenities we needed. It was a joy to have my large family in one unit! The pool was clean and well maintained.
