We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. It is a typical style hotel room, beds were comfortable. Have a gorgeous view of the water and a lanai where you can sit and watch the sunset. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the tiki bar was great. You are right next door to the Lava Lava Beach club with is a great restaurant. Highly recommend staying in Kaapa if you plan to explore the whole island.

The property location and access to beach is very good. But just basic for all other in-unit stuff. The kitchenette is tiny. The cabinets smelled stuffy, floor did not seem clean enough. Towel exchange is not daily.

You can’t beat being right at the beach. The property location is well kept and has everything you need. Stores, restaurants, everything is right there. There is an initial mustiness but it is nothing compared to just being at the beach. Pool area and bbq to cook are pluses. You won’t be disappointed.
