The room and the location were great ! Vacasa’s customer service is not good … except for Daniella she is the exception ! I would not use Vacasa again except they manage great places so I’m choosing to take the bad with the good

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The view from the lanai was absolutely beautiful — overlooking both the pool and the ocean. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We especially appreciated the towel exchange offered twice a week — such a thoughtful and convenient touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. The resort itself had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that made our stay feel peaceful and restorative. Another big plus was the location — with plenty of shops and restaurants just a two-minute walk away, everything we needed was right at our doorstep. We would happily stay here again!

The Islander on the Beach is my favorite pace to stay on the East side of Kauai, it is charming old-school Hawaii. The studios are very spacious, well furnished and maintained. Suite 304 is the main building and sits directly in the center of the Resort. My view was as amazing as the lovely beach. Vacasa was a pleasure to work with they communicate very well throughout the entire process. I had a little issue locking myself out on check day, and the on-island representative was immediately at the Resort to help me. Mahalo Vacasa for making my stay perfect!

Couldnt recommend this place more. Great location on the island, super close to lots of great food options, right on the beach, pool + hot tub + tiki bar are all on point. And a great room to boot! They even welcomed us with some free macadamia nut snacks :)

Beautiful resort, the view from this room is superb. Very peaceful setting. Lovely pool bar, and also a walking path along the beach. Walkable restaurants and shops.
