There is also a loft above the living area that has two full beds making this the perfect spot for older children and young adults and offering them their own space away from the adults. A washer/dryer in the condo add to the convenience for families. There are three lanais, adjacent to each bedroom and the living room, all offering views of tropical sunsets and cooling ocean breezes. The well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher makes enjoying home-cooked meals easier thanks to all the incredible appliances available. Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled into the beautiful coastline of Kauai’s north shore and built on 22 acres, this resort abounds with lush tropical foliage, amazing views of lush green mountain ranges, waterfalls, tropical sunsets, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. • Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
