From the moment we stepped into this condo, we were blown away by how bright, beautiful, and open it is. The layout is incredible, perfectly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area so that everyone stays part of the conversation. The kitchen is an absolute dream for anyone who loves to cook! It is incredibly spacious, featuring nice stainless steel appliances, endless counter space, and a massive floating island that naturally became the hub of our evenings. After a long day, the bedrooms offered the perfect, cozy retreat with exceptionally comfortable beds. The master suite is a standout, boasting a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and a gorgeous walk in shower. We also loved starting our mornings on the lanai, soaking in the picturesque views. The amenities here truly elevate the experience. On-site, we had full access to a great gym/fitness room, a refreshing shared pool, and a relaxing hot tub. The outdoor patio was another favorite spot, complete with a gas grill perfect for an evening cookout when we wanted to stay in! Highly recommend this rental!

Overall, the location, pool, and grounds were great, and we enjoyed the area. Unfortunately, our specific unit appeared to have been neglected for quite some time and was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The unit is in need of a thorough deep cleaning, along with several repairs and upgrades. Some of the issues we encountered included: • No luggage racks, forcing us to keep suitcases on the floor throughout our stay • Broken drawers • Only one bedside outlet available • No towel hooks in the bathrooms • Moldy patio chair cushions • Dirty carpeting • Stained couches • Mold and grime in the shower • Refrigerator interior was dirty, with mold on the door seal • Dirty front porch • Dirty and scuffed walls throughout the unit • Dirty dishes throughout the kitchen. The majority of the dishes we attempted to use had food residue or were visibly unclean. While some cosmetic wear is understandable in a vacation rental, cleanliness is not optional. No one wants to spend their vacation in a home that feels dirty upon arrival. The condition of the unit significantly impacted our experience and fell well below the standard we expected from Vacasa. I would strongly recommend a deep clean, replacement of worn and damaged items, and more thorough quality control inspections between guests.

The comfort and amenities were excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed eating on the back patio. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The layout suited our family. The location was very accessible, quiet and beautiful.

The rental property was a perfect size for us and in a great location (close to family we were visiting). It was very clean with comfortable beds. We chose it as each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was a bit lacking but we made it work.

We had a great stay in this condo with 2 couples, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The condo is very new and clean throughout. Both beds used were comfortable and the master bathroom with walk in shower was huge! The AC can’t be set below 74 but this was not an issue as the condo felt nice and cool and the fans in the bedrooms helped to keep the air flowing. Loved having the beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers.

Amazing view on the lanai, fully stocked kitchen, and roomy. Beds were very comfortable.
