This gorgeous condo completely exceeded our expectations! The open living space is incredibly expansive, and having modern essentials like central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer made our stay exceptionally comfortable!! The island kitchen is an absolute dream! It was fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and sleek, stainless steel appliances. We had plenty of options for family meals, whether pulling up to the three-seat breakfast bar or sitting together at the full dining table. One of our absolute favorite features was the breezy, covered lanai. It was the perfect spot to relax with a sunset cocktail and take in the gorgeous views of the mountains, ocean, swaying palms, and the stunning South Shore landscape. To top it all off, the resort's pool and hot tub were beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We want to return!

Just spent 16 days in Kauai. The condo was awesome. It was super clean and a bery nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs and buggy boards to use. The complex pool and hot tub was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Just a great place to stay. Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do and was a great place to hang out.

The property is extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is just about .8 of a mile to Kiahuna Beach which we liked a lot better than Poipu (bigger waves, fewer crowds, and cleaner). The property comes with 2 boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs which we would carry down to the beach with us. Overall, you can't beat the value for this property. It's spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor patio which has a small view of the water (but no grill, although private grills aren't aloud anywhere in the complex). Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable space for our family of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse on Kauai. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed, and the rooms were also very nice and comfortable. It truly felt like a well-cared-for home, not just a rental. The only small thing for me personally was the pillows — they were synthetic rather than feather, and a bit firm for my liking. But aside from that, everything else about the house was excellent. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would gladly come back again.

After countless hours on the phone, horrendous customer service (including one Vacasa representative hanging up on me!), and a very scary safety alerting email from Vacasa, my family and I were devastated to cancel our recent trip due to the Kona storm. We received Vacasa's warning email about the impending storm, and we tried for hours to try and come up with a reasonable solution with Vacasa. The owner refused to give us a credit, and only issued us a refund for the cleaning fee after much debate. Given the very scary email sent from Vacasa, and VRBO's public mission to put clients' safety first, we have been so upset that we can't receive a credit for a future stay, but rather they are keeping our money for a trip we didn't take due to their warnings. We are loyal Kauai travelers, and even more loyal VRBO users, but we will not be booking with VRBO or choosing this unit after this nightmare.
