This is also the perfect South Shore base for exploring the best of Kauai's south and west sides, with the Spouting Horn, the sand dunes at Polihale State Park, and the breathtaking majesty of Waimea Canyon all within reach. Hale Poipu Nani features a well-equipped kitchen with a view of the beautiful back lanai and the tropical plants that surround the home. The walkway to the entry passes through a cute landscaped courtyard, which has seating to provide the perfect spot for socializing or relaxing; an additional private sitting area is just outside the primary bedroom. At night, you'll find a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the den. Additional amenities include on-site laundry, free WiFi, and access to the community pool and tennis courts at Poipu Kai a short walk away. Despite the issue with the hot tub this is a lovely home. It seems there have been several issues with this hot tub so if you’re looking for a private hot tub this is probably not the home for you. But if you’re looking for a well equipped home that is clean, comfortable and in a great location this is the place! The home is perfectly located within walking distances to two beaches. There’s a beautiful greenbelt for walking just outside the back lanai. The community pool and hot tub are in easy walking distance and not very crowded. The back lanai has loads of beautiful plants and trees and creates a serene environment. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The house was large enough for 5 people. The garden feel outside at the spa as well as the lanai outside the main bathroom were very private despite a common path running right behind the house. Conveniently located to beaches and walking paths made evening strolls a breeze! Vacasa was quick to address some issues we encountered but overall, we had a great time. The house was clean, the linens and towels were also clean and not "worn". The master bed was comfy, but very motion sensitive. We would stay here again!

The layout is good for small families and the location is convenient to walk to multiple beaches. However, the home shows a clear lack of maintenance. Walk around and you find many things broken. The beach umbrellas are broken and missing pieces. The rain umbrella, also shattered. The kitchen as only 2 out 6 lightbulbs working. The hot tub smelled off, was slightly green, and consumed any chlorine added, not safe to use. Multiple doors broken or can't close properly. I could go on.

Nice property close to beach and south Kauai towns. Plenty of room for 4 people. Very comfortable with air conditioning throughout the home. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Loved this place!!
