Unlike most top-floor condos, this one is accessible just eight steps above ground level, giving you all the advantages of the top floor without the need to climb three stories to get there. Thoughtfully remodeled in 2019, this condo features air-conditioning, new appliances in the kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom, while the loft offers two queen beds in a separate, semi-private space for additional guests. Not only will you enjoy wonderful views here, this condo is perfectly situated for taking advantage of Kauai's trade winds. This is what spending time in paradise was meant to be! Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort. Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses. THINGS TO KNOW • Condos contain lockouts, meaning there are shared doors. Sounds may be audible between connecting doors. • Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. • This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations. • Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed. • This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. • Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. This was a beautiful space to relax and soak in the views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and included an amenity kit with dish soap, dish tabs, and clothing detergent, paper towels, and coffee and snacks! The unit is very spacious with high ceilings, and the air conditioning and fans were effective. I loved the large windows and seeing rainbows off the deck each morning. The bistro sets on the patio was a charming place to have breakfast or dinner for 2. Wonderful resort for R&R.

I booked this room for our honeymoon. We actually got married down at the beach that Hanalei Bay Resort has an access path to! I went with this room over booking directly with HBR because of the specific view, and I am so glad I did. This room arguably has the best views of the entire property—green mountains and blue water with no other structures in the line of sight. The room was clean, spacious, and well-stocked (kitchen). HBR itself had beautiful grounds and a nice pool area, with food options onsite. I definitely recommend!

Great spot for a relaxing vacation. We loved the views and the unit was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It had the most amazing views and we enjoyed the private balcony. As noted in the description, we could hear TV thru the adjoining door so that might be something to think about but otherwise the unit felt very private. Resorts grounds were lush and beautiful! Great place to stay.

Our second stay at this lovely unit! Just perfect…comfortable, clean, and above all, the best views EVER! You can sit on the lanai with a cup of coffee and not feel like you’re missing a thing. A perfect unit in the most magical place. Can’t wait to return!

Guest services was amazing. They were very helpful and responsive. The property is very large, but the bellmen are very helpful in golf carting you to and from the unit. The view was INCREDIBLE. The unit was a great size and very clean. We hope to be back soon.

This home was updated and new! The view from this condo has pristine private unobstructed views. We cooked did laundry relaxed on the huge lanai and had all the conveniences of home. The property as usual is pristine ! The staff friendly and helpful. Be mindful that if you arrive early they will not store your luggage and the walk to the condo although beautiful it is far from the parking lot and there is a steep hill , you have golf carts that you can call guest services for that will bring you all around the property including the beach and you will definitely need for getting luggage to your room. But it’s location adds to its private feel when you are on the location.
