HBR is an exceptional luxury resort facility. The Princeville location is fantastic, you have easy access to the ocean and the pools, and the grounds are immaculate. The unit's view is fabulous, looking out to the mountains and over the bay. But... this is an older unit, furnishings and amenities are basic. Still, for the price, this may suit your needs.
This location is perfect for a visit to the Northshore! Close to everything, with a nice beach/pool/bar/restaurant on the grounds.
Slice of heaven. Beautiful place to stay.
Loved the room. The report itself was wonderful and located close to some great beaches (puu poa and hideaway), and close to everything else on the north side. The views from the room were spectacular. I loved listening to the waves at night. The room had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.
When we arrived, the AC was on and there was a huge leak on the back side of the AC let flooded into the kitchenette. We used up most of our towels to soak it up and reached out to the front desk. They sent their maintenance team but couldn’t help so then the Vacasa maintenance came out. They looked at it and said they would be back the following day. That night, we had issues with the hallway light which wouldn’t turn off and the ceiling fan wouldn’t work either. The next day we reached out to Vacasa via text and all we got was an apology and that there was a ticket opened already for the issue and the would let us know. No one returned the next couple of days we were there and we had to find a way to cover the light every night. The communication was bare minimum and I wish the room was in perfect condition when we arrived. Vacasa did end up refunding $150 back of the $1275 we spent but it didn’t seem like much compared to the trouble we had to deal with. I only write this review for the public to see because I booked this room due to the amazing reviews and I hope no one has to experience what we did.
