Hanalei Bay Resort 2301 is an air-conditioned, top-floor condo in a three-story building in Princeville, where you'll have marvelous views of the surrounding garden property, the community's saltwater pool, and Namolokama’s rugged mountain range and numerous waterfalls during the rainy season. This condo features vaulted ceilings, a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities for preparing a home-cooked meal. There's a king bed in the loft bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a bathroom on the main level. Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort. Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses.

Resort guests may use the shared outdoor pool and hot tub, along with beach access. Paid parking is listed among the resort amenities. This unit has air conditioning and a full kitchen. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.

The neighborhood: Hanalei Bay Resort gives you Princeville’s lush North Shore setting above Hanalei Bay. Spend the day on the sand below the resort, then head into Hanalei for shave ice, dinner, and a slow walk through town. Anini Beach is nearby for calmer water, while the Na Pali Coast and waterfall country make a memorable day out. Back at the resort, tropical grounds, two pools, and eight tennis courts make it easy to keep the day close to home.

Getting around: Lihue Airport (LIH) is about 40 minutes from Princeville along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended because North Shore beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville has walkable access to some shops and dining, while Hanalei Bay is a short drive away. Parking is typically available in property lots or driveways.

Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping. • Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
