The resort itself was a 10
The Hanalei Bay Resort is a convenient place to stay when in Princeville. Happy Talk restaurant is the highlight along with great views and nice pools.
View was amazing. A few little things could be fixed. Loved the swimming and hot tub.
This unit has a lovely view of Hanalei Bay. Could really use an update overall.
Beautiful view
Hanalei Bay Resort is a great location and the staff are very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this location! The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. I could sit and look out at the bay and mountains all day! The room itself was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The room and amenities do need a little TLC. The beach chairs were rusted and one was broken. The bathroom shower handle was broken and the small kitchen had minimal to no amenities. Etc, no plates, bowls, salt, pepper, or trash bags. Although it’s made very clear in the Vacasa/VRBO/Expedia listing that resort and parking fees are extra, its still a biiig bummer to have $450 in resort and parking fees at the end of a 7 night stay.
