Great space and location. There’s no AC but lots of fans and we were comfortable despite the temps being in the 80s with high humidity.

Great amenities, wonderful location, fulyl stocked kitchen. Very comfy beds. Very clean rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vacasa in Princeville. The space was very thoughtfully set up - simple and lean but with everything we needed. There were plenty of toiletries, fans to keep the air moving, and the overall environment felt really peaceful. There were also tons of games for family game night! We especially loved being surrounded by so much greenery; it made the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The area itself was also great. Princeville felt very chill, green, and family-friendly, which made it a nice base for exploring Kauai while still feeling quiet and comfortable at the end of the day. The only downside for us was the parking lot. It isn’t paved, and since it rained often during our stay, it became very muddy. We were also a little nervous about parking space, so we tried to get back earlier in the evening to make sure we could find a spot without it being tight. Overall though, we really enjoyed the stay and appreciated how peaceful and well thought-out the space was. The surrounding greenery and relaxed neighborhood made it a lovely place to spend time.

We had a wonderful stay at Mauna Kai! The condo is spacious, comfortable and has a huge covered lanai with lots of seating and a grill. It is in a great location to explore the north side of the island. Short walk down to a secluded beach (steep terrain but worth the views). Would certainly love to stay again for all future visits to Kauai!

We walked in and were obsessed with the place. It was everything and even had toys for our two year old to play with. We are already talking about coming back and staying here! Highly recommend. Amazing area and beautiful stay.

Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. The beach equipment was exceptional, plenty of good chairs and a working umbrella. The lanai was well furnished and beautiful. Great grill right on lanai. Good location. The swings were my favorite thing! Cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Large unit & would come back if parking situation could be remedied to avoid all the mud.
