There are fantastic sunrise and sunset views from the grassy cliff outside that overlooks the ocean. There is no air conditioning and the fan in the bedroom is loud. We washed the sheets after the first night. The detergent was irritating. We didn't complain, we managed. Overall it was a good experience.

The view was nice but not worth the price or misleading info on the unit.

We loved the unit location, community vibe and people; very quiet and friendly. The view was spectacular and walk-ability is outstanding. The bed is comfortable enough and the kitchen is well equipped. Appreciated the ceiling fans to keep air circulating. There are a few small improvements that would kick up my review to Perfect including: 1. sanitize the bathrooms after each stay, especially the floors around the toilet bowl and the countertops; 2. change out the bed linens - the current ones were tired and shabby; 3. repair the kitchen sink faucet handle that's holding on by a thread; and 4. replace the curtains in the living room and sitting area. An added bonus would be to add a screen door at the front door to facilitate air circulation since there's no AC (several other units have screen doors).

Perfect property for our last minute Hawaiian getaway for the holidays. Ocean view from every room in the condo. Everything needed to enjoy the island and everything it has to offer. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We are return guests- property is incredible but bed is awful, couch is horrible and sheets are dirty. With some minor investments from the homeowner, this could be incredible but after this stay (this is our second time at this unit) without the home owner upgrading, we won’t be back for our yearly stay

This is a very nice apartment in Princeville. It is very well equipped with everything you need. I appreciated that they provided some condiments and enough kitchen supplies for the entire 10 day stay. The apartment is very spacious and is fit to accommodate a family of 4, but NOT two couples. There is no privacy, as the bedroom door is thin and you can hear even the other people breath in the nextdoor room. Also, considering that the guest bathroom doesn't have a shower (but only a bathtub) it makes it practically a one fully-functional bathroom. Nobody can wash properly after a beach day in a bathtub. There is no way to rinse your sand off.
