Condo has everything you need, and well maintained with coastal interiors, but needs better cleaning of outdoor balconies. The windows are not dual panel so you hear all morning traffic and noise in the bedroom.

Very nice location for walking to a nearby beach, store, restaurants. The host has a lot of things to use while in Kauai, such as beach chairs, umbrella, and travel cooler. The onsite amenities were useful. Overall decent stay.

My family of four enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially on the days where it was high surf around all of Kaua’i. Hello location is prime for going to north and South Shore if you want to be in the middle. Also shops, restaurants, markets are 2 minutes away walking distance. The place itself was clean and had all we needed. They provide Britta water filter, beach chairs, and even give you some welcoming snacks that were good. Will come back again for sure 👍🏾👍🏾

Great location, comfortable and well appointed inside. We walked to Bobby V's, Lava Lava, and The Crooked Surf. The ABC store is as convenient as it gets. If you want a safe from the waves beach, Lydgate Beach can't be beat and it's a five minute drive.

This rental is very accurately described and very clean. The 2 A/C units worked wonderfully! It was so nice to be able to switch between the units for day or night use. We ate about half our meals in and found the kitchen to have more than enough equipment to make whatever we wanted. We also used the gas grill that looked quite new and worked great. The beach gear was in good condition and was used and appreciated almost every day! The location on the island and in this particular location couldn't be better. We traveled everywhere and always liked coming back to the "middle". We loved having SO much within walking distance
