Pali Ke Kua #4

We loved the spaces of this house, the attention on details, very clean and functional.

Very nice place and great location.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay (Former- Princeville Hotel), Hideaway Beach, and Queen's Bath - even though access has been closed to Queen's Bath for a while. The condo was nice, the master room, bathroom and shower were perfectly fine for a vacation, the living room was spacious, even though i would suggest a more comfortable couch/sofa - the kitchen was great, fully equipped with everything you might need. The loft upstairs is a nice extra space if you travel with 4 people, also the bathroom in the loft was perfectly fine, just a bit smaller than the master bathroom, however, the fan/exhaust up in the loft was very loud during the day when the sun was out, and it can not be turned off, unfortunately. We spoke to Ken- the maintenance/handyman about the loft exhaust fan -great guy, very friendly and willing to help, but the only way to stop the exhaust fan is by removing it, hopefully they will, because it could make the place much nicer. Overall, nice place, nice location, nice grounds, quiet community, small pool, but still nice, with a jacuzzi, and a great spot to watch the sunset just a short walk away (1 minute).

This was our 3rd stay at Pali Ke Kua. We think its the best location in Princeville. Being able to walk to several beaches is awesome. The ocean views and sunset from the property cant be beat. The pool and hot tub are a nice feature. As for this particular unit: I highly recommend taking a really good look at the photos and deciding if it looks comfortable for you to relax in. The furniture is best suited for very petite people. The kitchen has a lot of glasses, silverware and plates which was really nice. The shower in the Main Bed/Bath is the best feature of the place! The grill in the photo's isn't there. The only grilling you can do is down a very steep path at ocean level. Its paved, but quite the hike back up! As I said, we love this location. Just not in love with this particular unit.

The unit is truly lovely, well appointed, extremely clean, and quiet. It can get hot in the mezzanine without AC but on the whole we were very pleased with our stay and the amenities, including swimming pool access, available with this rental. Highly recommeded.

Great location, good amenities, cozy home. Loved the use of the snorkeling equipment - went off the beach down the paved path and saw turtles! Would recommend!
