Kona Bali Kai #404

We had a great stay at this Kona Bali Kai unit for our family of 6! It is centrally located to access this side of the island, has an amazing view and is updated. It is a rare unit in this complex with A/C in all 3 rooms! There is also 2 small beach access points on property which is a great perk in this area! We enjoyed watching surfers in the AM and the sunset in the PM from our lanai. We cooked several times during our stay and all of our kitchen needs were met! We also used the onsite BBQ, but just know that it closes at 8pm. The pool isn't heated, but was a perfect temperature! The hot tub is extremely small, but there was not a high amount of usage from other guests / residence so were able to easily access both the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again!

Kona Bali Kai is always our favorite place to stay when we visit Kona. Ocean front, pool, surfers, Da Poke Shack, farmers market, food truck......paradise! #404 was beautiful! We enjoyed the sweet gift items on the counter to get us started. The perfect place to watch the Big Island High School Surfing Championship!!! They bed was comfortable, the towels soft. We enjoyed the breeze through the condo and the sound of the surf, so didn't try the ac. The property has lending bookshelves in various locations, which was a plus! Great place to stay!

This property exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. The home itself was spotless and exceptionally well maintained, reflecting a high standard of care throughout. The décor was perfectly on point, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. The beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights, and the brand-new couch added an extra touch of luxury to the living space. We also appreciated the crisp, high-quality white towels and sheets, which felt fresh and perfectly prepared. I'd stay here again with a heart beat! Right along the ocean. You can literally see the yellow fish from the balcony you're so close. The AC is great, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen.

Proximity to the ocean is amazingly close! The deck is a 10 out of 10 one of the best we’ve had in our many rentals, great table and chairs and lounges. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bathrooms were updated. The central location made it convenient for many things ! We would definitely re-rent this unit!

My family had such wonderful stay in this property! The view and the sound of ocean can't beat anything 🏖️☀️.
