Was reasonably priced and in a good location. There was a bit of a bug problem in the kitchen. But overall the place was good. Pretty quiet. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Right next to Kings Trail which is fun to explore. The pool was a little small, but very nice.

Hard to find a large apartment in Waikoloa beach for this price. The furniture is quite dated (wicker!), the sofa bed is not comfortable , very small tv. But the location is perfect: close to the best beaches on the island, and to the queens and kings shopping centers. The pool is also very nice. A small investment to upgrade the furniture would highly increase the overall feel, but really no complaints.

We have stayed at the Fairway Villas many times before and are very familiar with this location and keep coming back. I was a little hesitant to book a ground floor unit for various reasons, but this unit was clean and comfortable. The noise from above units was not too bad during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit.
