We were here over newvyears with 5 of us and the condo was great. The most equipped vacation rental we have ever had. The condo was spotless, great furniture and outdoor space plus very comfy beds. It is outside of town which we liked. Walkable to the water (small cove) but not super swimable or good beach. Two things to be aware of, the main floor bedrooms are on the street side and they are loud. The description does mention this but if you are a light sleeper you would need ear plugs. The main area, loft and balcony are not noisy. The other thibg would be not having ac, the ceiling fans could be improved with faster moving and 1 or 2 more plug in fans. But even with that we would stay again, the place is great.

This place was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location was great.

This rental was very comfortable and clean for our family of 5, could have easily handled 3 more people. Unit was very well stocked with basic needs and in-unit laundry made us realize we overpacked. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great addition and made beach going much more comfortable. Location along the coast puts it in a great spot to travel north or south to different beaches or snorkeling adventures. Keahou Shopping Center is close and has just about anything you might need. Community pool/hot tub was a nice spot to let the kids play and unwind. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

The home is located south of Kona in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. Home had everything we needed to spend time at the beach- extra towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and sunscreen. Very happy with the amenities and the space! Also you can't beat the 85in TV! Note that there is no AC, but we were able to make do with the fans provided.
