Excellent property. Clean, good location. Well-equipped with extras such as a cooler, boogie board, sand chair. I would definitely stay there again.

This condo had a spectacular view of the Pacific ocean. Waves breaking, surfers out and even a few whales seen from the balcony. Wonderful sunsets every night, including a green flash on our last night! The unit was clean and very well appointed. Great furniture in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we needed. The washer and dryer could handle very large loads! We enjoyed a short trip to downtown area for great restaurants ( Papa Kona) and ice cream (Gypsea Gelato). We would stay here again in a heart beat! (But maybe pack a bit lighter with the 3 story walk up) .

The best part Sea Village #1302 was the private deck with ocean views. Unfortunately if the AC is running it is very uncomfortable sitting on the deck due to the hot air blowing on the chairs and table. If you are challenged by stairs, the 3 flights up will be tough. The building and condo are well off the street so there is little to no noise from the main road. The pool and BBQ are great. Some basic spices and condiments would sure be nice. The property managers at Vacasa were very helpful.
