I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit is clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. I loved sitting out on the lanai, with the ocean view, for coffee, breakfast, or just relaxing. Being really close to the pool and the BBQs was a huge plus! I will definitely be returning to this condo for my future visits to Maui!

Location and complex was great. Beds were comfortable. Felt safe and quiet. Spacious unit. However, modem and hot water didn’t work. Husband had to troubleshoot items the entire stay. Very dated and needs some work.

We had a great vacation at Kamaole Sands! Grounds were lovely, and the location close to Kam 3 beach and Kihei amenities was perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked, and beach equipment was available in the closet on the lanai.

The property is old but the rooms are clean. Parking was conveniently close to the room. The pool was clean and there were jacuzzis for both adults and children. This room is on the second floor, so I saw some small ants in the kitchen, but that’s normal in a warm place. But if that bothers you, I’d recommend a room on the fourth floor or higher. AC was only available in the living kitchen room, and each room had a tower fan. We stayed in February, so the AC in the living room was sufficient.
