A great place to stay. Location and views are excellent. The ocean waves are great for sleeping. Sugar Beach Resort has excellent amenities. Vacasa is a great I will use them in the future. #325 was as described as dated but workable….except the couch….it is past it’s useful life.

Even though the Wi-Fi went in and out; and we lost connectivity for one day, due to weather conditions, Vacasa responded immediately when we contacted them. Most appreciative was all the amenities provided to us for a 3 week stay. We did not have to shop for any items (especially toilet paper). This is our second stay here and have booked for 2027 (for 4 weeks). Perfect location. Best beach in all of Maui.

Great view. Central location. Beautiful beach, new grills, nice hot tub and pool. Furnishings dated but usable. Good value overall. This was our 3rd stay in this unit and only complaint is no grab bar next to toilet for senior citizens to aid in getting on/off toilet.
